Looks like the place to be! I love the way the street is lined with trees.
Who can blame them. the sun reflecting off the street can be brutal. Nice smalltown -feel shot.
sure looks like there are a lot of people over on the sunny side of the street....
I've always heard it can be up to 20 degrees cooler in the shade. That's enough to make me move too.
