Whew, that's a scary sign. Immediate termination sounds lethal to me. Great post.
Man should be above the machine, but sometimes it doesn't happen this way.

My guess is that the termination comes when Man is under machine. In this case the machine is the train. You don't stop, the train may do the rest. Please stop :)
