Breakfast in China

I was looking for something different for breakfast this morning, and was unsuccessful. On the way, we saw this closed Chinese restaurant, and it got me thinking. So what do they eat for breakfast in China......I have no idea since I have never found a Chinese restaurant that is open for breakfast......

I'm not sure either but the chairs on the table make an interesting picture.

The Chinese in Hong Kong eat congee for breakfast. It's like a rice porridge/gruel and they add savory stuff like pork or scallions or chili sauce or all kinds of stuff. Or they eat noodle soup for breakfast. Or sometimes these thin rice pancakes (imagine crepes, but not dry) wrapped around a peanut goo with chili sauce over that. Or dumplings, or...
