Breakfast in China

The world as viewed from a resident of Delta Colorado, including one year of daily photos, followed by whatever else caught my eye! Delta is a small city which sits where the deserts of Utah give way to the Rocky Mountains.

I've had breakfast in China and I'm still not sure what we ate . . .
I'm not sure either but the chairs on the table make an interesting picture.
The Chinese in Hong Kong eat congee for breakfast. It's like a rice porridge/gruel and they add savory stuff like pork or scallions or chili sauce or all kinds of stuff. Or they eat noodle soup for breakfast. Or sometimes these thin rice pancakes (imagine crepes, but not dry) wrapped around a peanut goo with chili sauce over that. Or dumplings, or...
