Spring in the Rockies…or… Saving a dollar

A week or so ago, heading into the storm East bound on I-70 I was thinking “why am I not staying home in Delta today”? The answer was simple, very good prices on furniture at the American Furniture Warehouse in Glenwood Springs. The drive was worth it, as the furniture got moved into our new home this past weekend. The scenery on the drive over was not bad either.

Oh, what a beautiful, moody shot. I really love this one.

So glad to hear you found a house. How exciting to get furniture and begin the move. Much patience and joy in the adventure.
Almost forgot. I like the perspective and the pending storm in your post. Very moody and nice.

Now you have furniture for the inside and maybe some stone children and stone horses for the yard. Right?

What a nasty looking storm, hope the furniture buying trip was worthwhile!
