Aspen at Altitude

These aspen trees, around an hour from home, have long since shed their leaves. They patiently wait for the warm spring that will surely bring them back to life.
Hint: You will not likely be able to figure out what yesterdays picture was without first figuring out where we were headed.
See yesterdays post for contest details.

tres beau paysage d'hiver, je me verrais bien faire une ballade en raquette sur cette neige.

very beautiful landscape of winter, I would see myself well making a ballade in racket on this snow.

its really a wonderful winter photo. These kind of trees are very common in Russia. I forgot the name of these trees in English:)
