A new Day

Delta is still asleep in the valley, but the snow covered mesas to the west are dancing in the new light of dawn. A new day has begun.

Another wonderful landscape... I love the three levels of light, and these snowy mountains are so attractive! Ok... now where is my backpack?

What a view Bill. The sky and scenery are spectacular.
Sometime we will have to chat more about YWAM.

Just to rub it in a bit, I work from home in a sun room attached to my bedroom. The sunroom has a set of large windows, and a door that face west. For this shot, I set my tripod on the step outside that door. I was shooting with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 207mm to pull it in a bit. Since I moved up to the house to work, I have been shooting more landscapes as I don't get into town as much.

Thanks for visiting my blog, Bill. I'm very curious about your oldest's ministry with YWAM, as I've heard a lot about it. I'd love to know more if you're willing to share a little about what he/she is up to! I'd love to possibly get involved with something like this in the near future.
