Compared to many of the cities represented by daily blogs, a 115 year old building may not seem all that old, but considering how quickly many western cities sprung up, this is really rather amazing. A lot of effort is put into preserving the old buildings, so perhaps many generations to come will get a glimpse into the past.

A Glimpse Into The Past
Compared to many of the cities represented by daily blogs, a 115 year old building may not seem all that old, but considering how quickly many western cities sprung up, this is really rather amazing. A lot of effort is put into preserving the old buildings, so perhaps many generations to come will get a glimpse into the past.

Nice commerative plaque. Your city is old by western standards. Our city was incorporated in 1956 so its just a baby.
The railroad went by in the very late 1800's with a few homes and ranches scattered around , Now even that is long gone.
A lot has happened in history since then.
Considering that this is in the USA it is old VERY OLD!
