I've seen far worse signs. This looks at least neat and the background seems to blend rather than clash with the environment. Maybe it could be set towards the side as it obviously wouldn't stop anyone driving around it.
That path looks very tempting and I think there are fewer rules here than on our local walk (though ours are all in pictures which means the sign's huge!)
Especially a taller sign for the last post, about horses. They would have to be midget ponies to read that.
Very odd that they put the sign in the middle of the trail!
