This bear appears very fierce, but somewhat distracted. Perhaps that gave the artist time to do his portrait for this mural.

He doesn't look too distracted to me; think I'd get out of his way. The mural is fun to view!
That is an interesting subject for a mural. That bear looks really angry...perhaps he doesn't like his portrait painted.
