It is interesting to take different routes than you are use to. I always saw this apartment building from the other side, but this day found them hard at work, giving the place a new face lift. It is good to see the people of Delta putting effort in to preserving this wonderful town.

I have been to delta several times and they have some wonderful old buildings that are well worth preserving.
Is it some sort of art deco house?
What struck me was how even the scaffold's being set up so neatly. A far cry from how a lot of things are done here in the Philippines. ;)
