Warning, if you are a vegetarian, stop reading now……..Don’t say I did not warn you…The name says it all apart from a small salad bar, most everything for sale in this place is meat (or alcohol). Looking at the menu the other day (you guessed it, I am a meatetarian) even I was surprised. There was a portion of the menu the explained how to order your steak. It defined well done, medium well, medium, rare, and blue. Yes, I said blue, and no, I had never heard of that before. Blue is defined as being cooked for 30 seconds on each side…sort of a meatetarian's sushi I expect. I will stick with medium!

I think the term Blue should read Moo instead. The steer is hardly dead before its on the plate...
Hah, Moo instead of blue. You should suggest that, Bill, to the restaurant. Photowannabe, you win the prize for the day, as far as I'm concerned, for coining a new term.
I like meat but blue to me is a stage in "rotten" or rotting. Not for me.
Blue? Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Probably called that because it is the color your face will turn after eating a slab of quivering raw meat. Ugh.
