Are you north, east, south of west of Delta?

This park is NW of down town. We have been living at my Dad's place which is in Cory, about 5 miles E & 2 miles N of downtown. It has a good view of the Dobies from the back yard. On Friday, we will close on a new home (we decided to buy as opposed to build) that is at the extreme SE edge of town just north of Sweitzer Lake.
