Home architecture in Delta is rather varied. You can find everything from ornate Victorians to this somewhat utilitarian apartment complex.

Well, they say variety is the spice of life. Maybe this apartment complex needs a bit more spice.
Wouldn't it be fun to watch this front transformed on the Curb Appeal show on Home and Garden TV? I think it's got "great bones", as they say.
