City Hall

City Hall is perhaps the one place an individual can really interact with government, and in a small town you likely know the people behind the counter. If you are going to fight city hall in Delta, you will do it on Main Street, specifically at 4^th & Main. But be nice, you will likely be going to church with the same people on Sunday!
