Fruit Growers Reservoir

A few miles to the NE of Delta sits Fruit Growers Reservoir, and this is the time of year when the Sand Crane migration stops there as the birds move north. We headed out this morning to see them leave, but alas, it was a bit cold, and they did not come in last night. It was a beautiful morning in any case, and I was able to get a few shots I suspect you will like. Notice the ice still out in the middle of the water.

Sorry for the lack of posts, I was in Beverly Hills on business all last week, but I am back home now.

I missed your blog posts but this was worth waiting for. The air seems so brisk and the colors are so bright.
